Yesterday, our Ribbon Cutting / Open House Celebration was a success! Over 60 people attended. A big "Thank you to everyone who attended! The balloon artist from Miss Kiddee and Friends was very talented creating a chicken with an egg in it. A monkey with a banana in a coconut tree. A tiger jumping through a ring of fire...the list goes on. Julliana painted all sorts of creations on the kiddos faces. The Dave Mitchell Band did a fantastic job playing so many oldies as; Mustang Sally, Bad to the bone, takin' care of business etc...that many of us were up there dancing away!! The Woodland Park Fire Dept. arrived in a Fire Truck for the kids to get a look at. Thank you Guys!!! Many "Thanks to everyone who made delicious foods for everyone to sample. A big "Thank you" to all of the businesses that donated door prizes for our event. It was wonderful to see the joy on everyone's faces who won! A BIG "THANK YOU" to AJ's Pizzeria for donating the delicious pizzas for the event! We have over 30 door prizes to give away at our Ribbon Cutting & Open House Celebration on Thursday, August 21st from 4:00 p.m. - 6:30 p.m. The door prizes will be awarded starting at 6:00 p.m. You have to be present to win...so make sure you drop your business card off at the welcome table. If you don't have a business card, we are supplying blank ones for you to write your name on. ATTENTION ALL RE AGENTS!!!!! We have not one, but THREE Door Prizes that will only be awarded to RE AGENTS. Three lucky Agents will win a "Free Home Inspection Gift Certificate".

Join all of us in the festivities! The Ribbon Cutting commences promptly at 4:00 p.m. followed by our Open House! Meet Dino Sarganis; the Owner of Cherry Creek Properties, LLC & Managing Broker LLC, Margaret Scott; Regional Director, and our Agents, Staff and Chuck Woodard: Supervising Broker.

This is a family event! Bring the kids! There will be face painting, and other activities, a chocolate fountain to dip pretzels and apples in.

Make sure you come hungry as there will be a variety of delicious foods to sample. There will also be Live Entertainment and many door prizes donated by businesses and members of our community. So make sure when you first arrive you leave your business card at the welcome table. If you don't have a business card, we will be providing blank ones so you will be entered for the fantastic door prizes! The winners will be drawn at 6:00 p.m. You have to be present to win...so hang around, having fun meeting new friends, enjoying the music, and the food... until the winners are announced!
